Every Thursday at 8:10 AM, Kendall Paul from the Vanderburgh County Humane Society joins the Q Crew Radio Show to feature a special furry (or not furry) friend that is looking for its forever home!

Meet Daisy Mae, a9 month old pig! She is a new female pig who just came in to the VHS! She’s very affectionate and will try to climb up on your lap. Not spayed yet, adoption fee should be $100 plus your $100 required city license from Animal Control.

They have had other pigs, Ralphy & Pebbles, for months and it’s important that people be aware of the “micro-pig” and “teacup pig” trend (those tiny pigs do not exist) that is landing more & more pigs in shelters lately. Ralphy is 170 lbs.! The VHS used to hardly get any pigs, and they took in 8 of them last year including the 2 we still have. It’s only going to get worse!
