The CMA Awards will be handed out tomorrow night in Nashville and it is always Country Music's biggest night. Country music is so much a part of our culture today and is the number one music format on the radio today. The 'Entertainer of the Year' award is always the most special and represents so much more than the award itself. Tomorrow  night, the two favorites to win the award would have to be Taylor Swift and Brad Paisley. It is always nice to have a female in that category and it's really exciting when more than one female is nominated which does not happen very often. Part of the criteria is record sales and concert ticket sales, and the thing about Taylor is that she has brought so many new fans to Country Music over the last few years, she has to be a favorite. Barbara Mandrell is still the only female to win back to back Entertainer awards, but the ladies have had some great moments. Below are two shining examples. In 1978, Dolly won the award and was nominated alongside Crystal Gayle, Ronnie Milsap, Kenny Rogers and Mel Tillis. In 1974 Loretta Lynn had a shining moment as well, both of which you can see below, thank you ladies for all you have done for Country music.
