People around world continue to mourn the senseless loss of innocent lives in the wake of the Orlando nightclub shooting by holding candlelight vigils as a show of unity and support for the victims, their friends and family, and the LGBT community as a whole. That includes right here in Evansville where the Tri-State Alliance will hold their second vigil this week on Thursday evening.

Taking place at the Temple Adath B'nai Israel at 8440 Newburgh Road on Evansville's east side, the vigil is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. and is open to the general public, regardless of faith.

Tri-State Alliance held their first vigil earlier this week at Zion United Church of Christ in Henderson on Tuesday night.
