Toby Keith’s ‘Swamp Water’ St Patrick’s Day Drink Recipe and More

Since we just found out this morning that Toby Keith is coming to Evansville in August, we think it only appropriate to celebrate St Patrick's Day, this weekend with a Toby inspired drink!!

Toby Keith posted that his ‘I Love This Bar & Grill’ restaurants serves a green specialty drink named  ‘Swamp Water' for St. Patty's Day made with his Wild Shot Mezcal!! We found the recipe and now YOU can serve it at your St. Patrick's Day party. Here is is.....

1.25 ounces of Toby's Wild Shot Mezcal

.75 ounces of Simple Syrup

2.25 ounces of Apple Pucker

A splash of Midori

Fill with Sweet and Sour Mix

Float lime juice....garnish with 2 limes and 1 cherry

AND.....make sure you drop in 2 drops of green food coloring!!

BONUS: You may want to add a GREEN Solo Cup!!! ;-)
