‘The Dictator’ Embarasses Ryan Seacrest On The Oscars’ Red Carpet

Sacha Baron Cohen is known for his outlandish, silly, and often times mischievous characters including Borat.  His latest mock-u-mentary is called, 'Dictator' and I'm sure will include a lot of off color humor and innocent people being made to feel uncomfortable.  I'm not claiming Ryan Seacrest is just an innocent bystander in this clip from Sunday's Oscars, but I kinda feel sorry for him.
