Dr. Conrad Murray was sentenced to four years in prison in today. The verdict comes three weeks after a jury convicted Murray of administering a lethal dose of Propofol To Michael Jackson on June 25, 2009.

Casey Anthony was just sentenced to four years in jail for lying to investigators during an interview about the disappearance and death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. Anthony was fined $1,000 for each of the four counts  and showed no emotion as the sentence was read.
