The Memorial Day Weekend is over and we are now into the summer season, which means vacation time. I am taking my vacation during the last week of June. Surprisingly, according to a new report, U.S. employers are not required to offer paid vacation, while other countries do. In fact, the U.S. is the only highly developed nation that isn't required to do so...who knew?

Birthdays, everyone has one and for the most part, it is the one day of the year that belongs to you and you alone. It is and should be a celebration of your own life. It is funny that the older you get, the less important your birthday seems to get...in fact, for some people, a birthday is nothing more than a reminder that you are getting older. What about your birthday falling on a workday....sh
