Summer Just Got Spookier New Harmony Hosting Ghost Walks All Summer
It's June which means it's the time of year where I really start my countdown to Halloween. Don't get me wrong I love summertime as much as the next person, but my favorite time of year is fall. Something about the crisp nights, and the Halloween decor popping up at stores just makes me feel happy. I also love all the spooky events that surround Halloween. One of my favorite events to enjoy each October are haunted ghost walks, but now you can enjoy them all summer long.
Haunted New Harmony is hosting 90-minute ghost walks all summer long, so you don't have to wait until October to get your creepy on. Each weekend throughout June and July Haunted New Harmony will host several ghost walks that you can enjoy. New Harmony is such a cool scenic little town, with so much history, I have no doubt these tours will be quite fascinating. Haunted New Harmony will take you around town and tell you some of the more haunted history of New Harmony. According to Haunted New Harmony's website, New Harmony was once home to two utopian societies, and many past residents still linger around town.
Oh and the ghost walks all take place at night, so you'll get to hear the haunted history, and maybe even meet some of the past residents all under the glow of the moon. Tours are $15/person and if this sounds like something you'd be interested in, you can see the full tour schedule, and get your tickets here.
