ShrinersFest to Re-open Tonight at 9:30

Severe weather Friday afternoon forced ShrinersFest organizers to shut the Riverside Drive street festival down early with the intention of re-opening once the weather passed. While it took longer than expected, according to Dale Thomas with the Hadi Shriners, the party will resume at 9:30 tonight with the originally scheduled reunion of local band Three O'Clock Charlie on the Hadi parking lot stage.

Hopefully, Mother Nature will cool it a bit the rest of the weekend so the rest of the event can go off without a hitch.
