Last night in Nashville was terrifying to say the least.

This morning we all woke up to some scary news, photos, and fear for loved ones in Nashville. Yesterday The National Weather Service predicted some tornadoes in the tri-state and even in Tennessee because of the weather conditions lately. According to several reports a couple tornadoes tore through East Nashville and other parts of Nashville, TN. I did see one article say a tornado was on the ground for an hour, while that was the only report of that I had seen, it doesn't take much to realize how bad the storms were. According to the NY Times, the fatalities are increasing and currently stands at 22 fatalities from last nights tornadoes.

A former Owensboro, KY resident now resides in Nashville. She happens to be a photographer who loaded her camera up and went out to see the damage. It's quite significant and hard to stomach. These photos show the loss of so many in the Nashville community but everyone is coming together to rebuild. Several celebrities took to social media in support of doing anything they can for their town.

Below are some photos photographer, Ally White took this morning of the aftermath of the tornadoes.
