If you have driven though Boonville lately, you know that there is a little bit of construction going on. This will cause a couple of major roads to close.

According to the Warrick County Standard, Second Street, between Locust Street and Main Street, will be closed on Tuesday, April 23rd. This is because the city will be upsizing the water lines and fire hydrants.

Work on Second Street is expected to last about four days.

Then on Monday, April 29th, Third Street, between Locust Street and Main Street will be closed to make the same updates on that side of the Square.

Please be aware of these road closures, as you will need to plan for detours. You can use First Street and Fourth Street as alternative routes to get to where you are going in the meantime.
