Sears and Kmart Closing More Stores, These Tri-State Stores are Closing
Sears and Kmart have been closing down stores over the past year, and it was just announced they're closing a few more. A couple tri-state Kmarts are effected.
According to this list from Business Insider Sears is closing down 30 more Sears and Kmart stores across the country, they've gotten this information from a few of the stores employees.
It's said the liquidation sales for these stores should begin on January 6th, and business will close between late March/Mid April
Here's the stores in the tri-state we will be saying goodbye to in 2017

- 2815 West Parrish Ave., Owensboro, Kentucky
- 1501 Paris Pike, Georgetown, Kentucky
- 14662 N. US Highway 25 E, Corbin, Kentucky
- 1710 W. Highway 192, London, Kentucky
- 3010 Fort Campbell Blvd., Hopkinsville, Kentucky
When I checked the list the only Sears near the tri-state I saw closing is the Sears in Paducah, so if you don't frequent that Sears then good news your Sears isn't closing!
