The annual North Main Christmas Parade is coming up this Sunday with one new twist, Leslie and I will be on hand to serve as parade hosts!

That means we'll be set up at the main stage at the corner of North Main and Franklin Streets in the former Buehler's IGA parking lot introducing the over 150 vehicles and floats, and over 500 individuals including dance teams, princesses, superheroes, jump ropers, roller skaters, and a marching band set to participate when the parade gets underway at 2:30 p.m.

But the parade is only part of the festivities! The day begins, as it always does, with Santa's Workshop at SWIRCA located at 16 West Virginia Street. The workshop will give kids an chance to enjoy the following Christmas / Holiday themed activities from Noon to 2:00 p.m.:

  • Photos with Santa (bring your own phone or camera Mom and Dad!)
  • Cookies and Hot Chocolate
  • Holiday crafts
  • Face painting by Logan’s Promise
  • Hadi Shrine clowns
  • Fun with Fairy Dust Entertainment princesses and superheroes
  • Writing letters to Santa

We'll see you there!
