Papa John Spotted in UK Blue at Kentucky-Louisville Game Dec. 28

"Papa John" Schnatter whose name used to be on the University of Louisville football stadium and was the Cardinals' biggest supporter was spotted sitting behind the Kentucky bench wearing UK blue at the annual UK-UL rivalry game on Dec. 28.

Papa John's name was removed from the Louisville Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and Schnatter resigned as CEO of the pizza chain in 2018.

Papa John's national headquarters is in Louisville. John Schnatter is from Jeffersonville, Indiana.

It was a day for famous faces as the Wildcats edged the Cards 78-70. Sitting behind the Louisville bench was comedian Bill Murray who was wearing the Louisville red and black colors. Bill's son Luke is an assistant coach at U of L.
