It's that time of year where we're all trying to get back to eating healthy in our diets. So, after dinner of eating a salad with red peppers, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, romaine lettuce, tomato, banana peppers and a hard-boiled egg with a little drizzle of EVOO, I was craving some sugar. Of course, I ate too much of that stuff during the holidays!  And I'm really trying to cut back, but, I couldn’t say no to this….

Roasting marshmallows in our fireplace! Nothin's better on a cold winter's night.   Too bad I didn’t have the graham crackers and Hershey bars to make s’mores!
