You Won’t Believe How Much It Costs To Stay At The Most Expensive Airbnb In Indiana
When it comes to travel, I love staying at Airbnbs or Vrbos. I much prefer them to a hotel. To me, they just feel more comfortable. But, there is only so much I can spend on luxury and comfort. That's why when I saw this listing in downtown Indianapolis, IN, I just about fell out of my chair.
Now, I realize staying in the heart of downtown Indy can be pricey. After all, it's the downtown. That location comes at a price. You pay for the convenience of all that downtown has to offer. But, when I saw the price of this Airbnb penthouse rental, I thought it had to be a misprint.
Before I tell you the price, here is the description of the penthouse from the host, Jarvis.
Located near Downtown Indianapolis; Kickback in style at the Penthouse! This space comes fully equipped with everything you need to show your guests a great time. Take a dip in the hot tub, throw something on the grill, chill by the fire, and challenge your guests to an array of games - all in the comfort of your own space. Enjoy the many activities out on the spacious, private terrace connected from one end to the other, or enjoy a quiet night while looking over the city. You'll love it here!
The penthouse sleeps 14, with three bedrooms, eight beds, and 3.5 bathrooms.
The cost? $20,000 a night. I know, right?!?! Who can afford this?
Take a look at what will cost you twenty grand for less than twenty-four hours. Yes, less than because check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am.
You will be staying at the top of the downtown Indianapolis building, in the Penthouse.
See, it's labeled the Penthouse.
The living room seems large, but sparsely decorated.
Huge gas fireplace and a castle-like chandelier.
Both of those are in an enormous game room with a cool view of the city.
Awesome kitchen with large kitchen bar and tons of space to cook for 14 guests.
SIx of the guests sleep together. If I'm paying twenty grand a night, we all better have our own room.
Beautiful outdoor space on top of the building looking at downtown Indy.
Firepit, hot tub, and lots of space to be together and have fun.

Ok, so I'm not sure that this downtown Indianapolis Penthouse is worth $20,000 a night. I'm not even sure how they came up with that kind of price.
Compare what you just saw with what you can get around the world for a lot less. Still expensive, but a lot less.
I could never afford these AIrbnbs either, but they are gorgoues.
