Meet George! Melissa’s New Dog! [PHOTO]

For a while now my husband and I have been talking about getting a second dog, we decided that when we bought a house we'd get a second dog, sooooo we did that! 

We were not intending on getting a dog this weekend, it just kind of happened! On Saturday Sam and I decided to go look at dogs, and of course we ended up coming home with one! I was really concerned for Wrigley (she's my first baby that you've seen me post way too many photos of), but she and George have hit it off really well!

Oh, since I got to name Wrigley after of course Wrigley field, Sam wanted to name the next dog, and he chose George after George Halas of the Bears. I guess we're going with a Chicago sports theme for our pets names?

Anyways, meet George! He's a 5 month old pit bull mix, and so far he's fit in perfectly!

This was his adoption photo through It Takes a Village Canine Rescue, seriously how could we say no to this face?

Wrigley seemed to take the news of getting a brother well, even though this was her face when she realized we were taking him home with us from the rescue

But now they seem to be getting along just fine!
