Longest Continuous Zipline in the U.S. Opening in Tennessee

The Smoky Mountains are a great place for vacationing. There's so much to see and do there. Between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, there are countless attractions that are fun for everyone in the entire family. If you visit Pigeon Forge, you will have a hard time not finding some sort of thing to do for entertainment. Now you can add one more attraction to your bucket list when you visit the Smoky Mountains.
There's an outdoor adventure park that just opened up earlier this year in Pigeon Forge called WildSide. This new destination is aimed at outdoor enthusiasts who like to ride and explore mountain trails. The park features over 18 miles of trails located on over 900 acres.
If mountain biking and riding ATVs aren't your thing, WildSide is opening up a new attraction for thrill-seekers to enjoy in 2025.
Longest Continuous Zipline in the U.S. Opening in Tennessee
That's right, the longest continuous zipline in the United States is set to open in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at WildSide. It will be called "The Mega Zip" and will sit atop the beautiful mountain ridges overlooking Pigeon Forge. According to a post on WildSide's Instagram:
The continuous line extends an impressive 5,771 feet in length, offering an uninterrupted flight that will take your breath away. With a total vertical drop of more than a thousand feet, riders will soar through the air at speeds that will leave their hearts racing and their spirits soaring. The adventure begins from a towering elevation of around 2,472 feet, descending to a final elevation of 1,377 feet.
