Why I Treat Myself to Spray Tans at Let’s Get Tan

Ladies, I know we all have our little routines to pamper ourselves, and I wanted to tell you about my latest way to treat myself: VersaSpa spray tans at Let's Get Tan.

Spray tans are quick and easy (I'm in and out in about 10 minutes) and I usually get one every other week to maintain my color. Let's Get Tan offers five different spray tanning options, but VersaSpa is my personal favorite because it lets me chose the level of color I want. Whether you're a veteran spray-tanner or considering getting your first one, make sure you follow these tips to get the best results:

1. Prepare ahead of time. Exfoliate your skin so that you have a fresh, new clean palate for the spray. Also, no lotions, perfumes, or deodorant.  

2. Use the provided color block cream on the spots that you DON'T want color, such as your palms, the bottoms of feet, the inside of your wrists, up your heels and ankles etc.

3. Close your fists when your back is sprayed so the spray won't go directly on your palms. 

4. Wash your hands immediately after you get dressed and exit the tanning room. This will get the color block lotion off and help even out the color on your hands. Everyone sees your hands, so make them look good!

5. Shower after two or three hours. This will allow enough time for your color to set, wash away the color build up, and even out the tone.
