The Vanderburgh Humane Society (VHS) in Evansville has pets of all shapes and sizes. Or, as Executive Director, Kendall Paul likes to say when she stops by the studio on Thursdays, "all makes and models, and all certified pre-owned." They also have them in all ages, from puppies and kittens that are weeks old to dogs and cats who have been around awhile. So there is an excellent likelihood that the VHS will have a pet that fits your lifestyle! Each week we feature a pet of the week with the VHS, and this week we've got two sisters, who are good with kids and other pets, and they would love to go home with you!

Meet Josie and Ivory

Josie and Ivory are two sisters who are still young, only about a year and a half old.  These two girls are said to be very sweet, and will fit in easily with your home!  Best part?  Right now you can get one for one adoption fee and the second one free!

Josie and Ivory are a bonded pair of 1½ year old sisters. These girls are very petite, a little shy and extremely sweet! They have lived with kids and other animals, making them a good fit for most homes! Until August 31st, the VHS is having a BOGO adoption special on cats–Meaning you can adopt these two girls for the price of one!
