If there's one thing people look forward to every year at the Indiana State Fair – in addition to the rides, concerts, and animals – it's the food. And the 2026 Indiana State Fair is stepping up to the plate (pun very much intended) with an all-new lineup of yummy menu items.

A Baseball Theme Inspires New Flavors

The Indiana State Fair has officially unveiled its 2026 Taste of the Fair, featuring nearly 50 brand-new food creations from concessionaires across the Fairgrounds. With this year's baseball theme serving as inspiration, vendors have knocked it out of the park (you gotta love baseball puns) with a menu packed full of creative flavors and fun twists on classic fair favorites.

Every year, vendors compete to create unique menu items that become instant fan favorites, and 2026 looks to continue that tradition in a big way. Of course, your favorite traditional fair food isn’t going anywhere. You'll still be able to enjoy the classic treats that have become part of the Indiana State Fair experience. But if you're someone who loves trying something new, you’ll definitely want to try this year’s Taste of the Fair lineup.

The 2026 Indiana State Fair, by the way, runs from August 7th through August 23rd (closed Mondays).
