It's time to check your cabinets, pantries, and refrigerators. There are five new (and one expanded) Food Safety Recalls that have been issued this week.

I regularly monitor the latest product recalls in order to keep you up to date and informed. Whether it's the latest egg recall linked to a multi-state Salmonella outbreak, or lead poisoning cases linked to baby food sold at Target stores, if it is impacting Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, and Tennessee, I'm going to tell you about it.

Why These Food Products Are Being Recalled

Today, I took a deep dive into all of the Food Safety Recalls that have been released in the past seven days. From possible Salmonella contamination to undeclared allergens, plastic contaminations, and botulism risks, there were half a dozen food products recalled between July 11, 2025, and July 18, 2025, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Household Brands Affected by the Recalls

These recalled products are commonly found in Midwest grocery stores, and aren’t limited to obscure items you’ve never heard of. Some come from household brands you likely trust and may even use every day. It’s a stark reminder of how quickly a routine grocery run can turn into a serious health concern if you’re not staying vigilant.
