Tickets And Getting In

Ticket prices and options are available at EvansvilleHorror.com. Tickets will also be available at the door, but purchases at the door are cash only.

If you absolutely need to use a card on site, you can purchase tickets through the website during the event. ATMs will be available at the venue, but they can run out during peak times, so plan ahead if possible.

There are also Friends 4 Pack ticket options available online that include admission for both days at a discounted rate. This deal is not available at the door.

Parking And Hotels

Parking at the venue is completely free. No passes. No meters. No hassle.

There is no designated hotel block if you're coming in from out of town, but several hotels are within walking distance, and many more are just a short drive away.

Celebrity Autographs And Photo Ops

All announced guests are scheduled to appear both days unless otherwise noted.

Autograph and selfie pricing estimates are available on the event website so you can budget ahead of time. Keep in mind that pricing is subject to change.

"Send in autograph services" are available for fans who cannot attend in person. You can send a message to the event organizers through Facebook to learn more.

Certificates of Authenticity can be purchased at the photo ops area during the event.

Pro photo ops can be purchased in advance online or at the Photo Op and COA table on the first floor, unless they sell out early.

Celebrity Area Courtesy

Photos at celebrity tables are generally not allowed unless you have purchased a selfie or photo op.

Autograph sessions are how guests make their income during conventions. Respecting those boundaries keeps the experience fair for everyone.

Always ask before snapping a photo.

Cosplay And Props

Cosplay is highly encouraged and always a huge part of the weekend.

Keep costumes family-friendly so everyone can enjoy the event. Large props may be restricted or zip-tied for safety. Sharp or unsafe items are not allowed.

Remember that mobility matters. The convention floor can get crowded, so plan accordingly if you are wearing something elaborate.

Panels And Schedule

Panels are included free with general admission, but seating is limited. Some seats are reserved for accessibility and VIP guests.

The full schedule will be available on the event website. TVs outside first floor panel rooms will display what is happening throughout the day.

Different panels happen on different days, so if there is a specific guest you want to see, consider attending both days.

Cash Is King

Most vendors and guests accept cash. Some may take cards, but cash keeps lines moving faster.

Bring what you think you will need for autographs, merch, food trucks, and impulse purchases.

Food And Breaks

Food trucks will be on site both days. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue, but food truck purchases can be brought inside.

Stay hydrated. Take breaks. Step outside if you need a breather.

You will be walking a lot, so wear comfortable shoes.

And yes. Deodorant is always a good idea.

Accessibility And Assistance

If you need assistance at any point, stop by the photo ops area for help coordinating support.

Staff and volunteers are easy to spot and happy to answer questions.

Families Are Welcome

Evansville Horror Con is family-friendly. Kids 10 and under get in free with a paid adult admission, up to two children per adult ticket.

Keep kids close in busy areas and do not hesitate to ask for help if needed.

The Most Important Rule

Do not remove your wristband.

And most importantly, have fun.

Evansville Horror Con is about fandom, nostalgia, horror, paranormal energy, and sharing what you love with people who get it.
