According to the New York Times, a  study on lifespan concludes that we have not yet reached our limit. I must be doing something then, because I feel and see my age everyday. Maybe what they are saying is that we can slow the aging process down, so then we live longer. Or, maybe there just comes a time when your body says, 'Well, since we've lived this long, let's just stay. Given you have been able to avoid disease, accidents, and other fatal trauma, how long could you actually live? I don't know, but it's interesting.

The human body can do incredible things! We are always challenging the limits of speed, strength, intelligence, creativity, emotion, and health. Can we also challenge, the limit of aging? Scientists say, YES!

Since 1900, average life expectancy around the globe has more than doubled, thanks to better public health, sanitation and food supplies. But a new study of long-lived Italians indicates that we have yet to reach the upper bound of human longevity.

'If there’s a fixed biological limit, we are not close to it,' said Elisabetta Barbi, a demographer at the University of Rome. Dr. Barbi and her colleagues published their research Thursday in the journal Science.

Just the thought of this seems too far out there. Everything wears out, right? Well, not all things. Humans have the ability to regenerate. This video breaks it down.

Would you want to live to be 350?? I'm not sure. I would only want to do this is my loved ones could live that long too.

But, as I get older, I feel like I don't have enough time to do all of the things that I want to do, so maybe I could really use another 250 or 300 years.
