Is ‘Cat Scratch Fever’ a Real Thing?

After my cat, Bob, accidentally, punctured my thumb with her claw, my thumb started THROBBING!! It hurt from the tip of my thumb to my wrist. So, I brought it up on the air.

Little did I know, I might have Cat Scratch Fever! What??? That's a real thing? Apparently it is!

As my thumb gets worse, I decided to do some research, this is what I found out.

So, yeah, it's a real thing! It CAN be very serious. If you have been scratched or bitten by a cat and after, experience a fever, headache, fatigue, or have tender limp nodes, seek medical attention. I am!!!
