The price of stamps is going up again. Starting Sunday, the price of Forever Stamps and a first-class one-ounce mail letter will go up to 55 cents. Plus, priority mail prices will also jump 5.9 percent, making a small box that previously cost $7.20 to rise to $7.90.

Reitz High School says they've received reports of individuals going door-to-door claiming to be fundraising for the football team. That same post says that they are currently doing no fundraising at this time for the football team. If anyone knocks on your door asking for donations, you may want to contact local authorities.


10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY: An ice storm that hit the Tri-State in January 2009 left more than 90% of people in southwestern Kentucky without power. Ice and snow weighed down trees and powerlines all across the area.​


General Mills announced a voluntary national recall of five-pound bags of its Gold Medal Unbleached Flour with a better if used by date of April 20, 2020. The recall is being issued for the potential presence of Salmonella. This recall only affects this one date code of Gold Medal Unbleached Flour five-pound bags. All other types of Gold Medal Flour are not affected by this recall.
