I don't know about you, but to me, there is nothing like getting away to a cabin and spending a weekend being secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One place my husband and I love to visit is Nashville, Indiana. Brown County is just beautiful, plus Nashville is a quaint little town with plenty of sights to see and things to do. Plus Brown County State Park is a gem and is absolutely beautiful.

So we always enjoy it when we can rent a cabin for a weekend, and get away for a couple of days. It turns out that not too far from this area is the highest-rated Airbnb in the entire state.

Simple Blessings Cabin

According to a list put together by Savoteur, the highest-rated AirBnb in Indiana is the Simple Blessings Cabin. The small 2-bedroom cabin sits on 16 secluded acres in Eastern Monroe County, Indiana. The Airbnb is hosted by Brian and Barb, and according to their Airbnb listing the cabin is located between IU campus and Nashville, Indiana. IU and Nashville are about 30 minutes apart, so this puts this cabin roughly 15 minutes away from both of these places.

A secluded getaway in the rolling hills outside of Nashville, Simple Blessings Cabin is on 16 private acres in Eastern Monroe County. The hand-built lovingly restored cabin mixes poplar logs from the 1970s with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a copper sink.
“We try to make an ‘experience’ for our guests that is different than home. When people are spending hard-earned vacation time and money, we want our cabin to be magical and memorable. We put extra touches like wildflowers, home-baked bread, and a personal note for our guests,” said hosts Brian and Barb.
