My cat's claw scratched, well punctured, my thumb in two places. After telling the story on the morning show, calls came in telling me that I needed to seek medical attention for my Cat Scratch Fever. What??? Really?

So, I did. My doctor gave me antibiotics, and a TDaP shot. What's s TDaP shot? And, why did I have to get it? Turns out a few reasons.

During our discussion of Cat Scratch Fever and the treatment I received, our Facebook friend, Tom, informed us of a VERY important reason to make sure you are up to date on your Tetanus shot by getting a TDaP vaccine.
