Henderson Police Needs Your Help Finding the Suspect Involved in Fatal Hit-and-Run
Investigators with the Henderson Police Department are asking for your help locating the man they have determined was involved in an accident last Friday morning that resulted in the death of a motorcycle rider.
According to our media partners, Eyewitness News, the Department said the man pictured above, Barry Lee Harper, was driving northbound on Old Corydon Road just before 8:00 AM last Friday when he struck a motorcycle heading westbound on Kentucky Highway 425 being ridden by Patricia Harris. Harris was taken to an Evansville hospital to be treated for her injuries and later died. Authorities say Harper fled the scene on foot and has not been seen since.
Police describe Harper as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing around 220 pounds with green eyes and brown hair. They say it is possible he could have noticeable injuries from the accident.
