Located in Milltown, Indiana is a warm weather favorite for many in the Tri-State, Cave Country Canoes.  Cave Country Canoes offers all kinds of outdoor adventures from April to October every year.  They host camping, kayaking, and canoes on the Blue Rive.  Cave Country Canoes is also no stranger to hosting fun events like their Twilight Canoe and Dinner for Two trip.

According to their website, Cave Country Canoes not only allows people to canoe or kayak down the Blue River, but they also have a mission to protect the environment of the Blue River as it was Indiana's first designated scenic river.

We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, Blue River kayaking experience for all our guests while preserving and protecting the environment of Blue River, Indiana’s first designated scenic river.

Blue River Clean-Up Day Featuring Free Kayaking and Canoeing

If you want to help Cave Country Canoes continue their mission of preserving and protecting the Blue River, and you want to canoe for free their clean-up event is perfect for you! Coming up on April 20th, Cave Country Canoes is hosting free half-day trips with free boat rental if you volunteer to help clean up the river.

Help Us Clean the Blue River in Milltown, IN! Free Boat Rentals for Participants!

Make an advance FREE reservation to help with the clean-up of Blue River. A reservation is required. Please click the ‘Book Now’ button. Trip times are at 9:30, 10:15, 11:00, and 11:45 am.

 

They have times starting as early as 9:45 AM and leaving as late as 11:45 AM.  If you want to enjoy some free canoeing or kayaking while doing your part to help keep the river clean, this event is for you, but you'll want to get registered ASAP, you can do so here.
