I ALWAYS have a hard time falling asleep. (I know it doesn't look like it from the pic but, I was faking THAT sleep. ;-) It's like my mind won't shut off. Who knew all I have to do is breath. Well, a certain way.

It's called the "4-7-8" exercise. It's sounds like a yoga breathing technique. Supposedly it can help you fall asleep in under a minute. You breath in for 4, hold for 7 and exhale for 8. Hence 4-7-8, lol. Click here for the details!
