CNN has reported that actress Charlotte Rae passed away yesterday surrounded by her family.

My family loved watching Mrs. Garrett on Different Strokes and The Facts of Life.  ]She was witty, smart, caring and a straight shooter that was loved by many. Enjoy some of her best TV moments.
