The Vanderburgh Humane Society (VHS) in Evansville has pets of all shapes and sizes. Or, as Executive Director Kendall Paul likes to say when she stops by the studio on Thursdays, "all makes and models, and all certified pre-owned." They also have them of all ages, from puppies and kittens that are weeks old to dogs and cats that have been around for a while. So, there is an excellent likelihood that the VHS will have a pet that fits your lifestyle! Each week we feature a pet of the week from the VHS who is looking for a forever home.  This week our pet of the week is perfect for folks who love German Shepherds, as this 4-year-old shepherd girl is ready to find her forever home!

Meet Claire!

Claire is a 4-year-old German Shepherd, and this gorgeous girl is at the VHS waiting for her forever home.She is a sweet girl, but can be a bit picky.  She likes who she likes when it comes to people and other animals.  Here is what the VHS has to say about Claire:

Claire - 4 yrs. old. Claire is a beautiful German Shepherd who needs a German Shepherd lover. She can be picky with which people she likes and which pets she likes — and she’ll need a family with big dog experience who can navigate that. Claire is crate-trained and housetrained. Her adoption fee is $200. She’s spayed and ready to go home TODAY!
