Evansville Bakery Selling Tribute Cupcakes Honoring Celebrities We Have Lost in 2016

This is such a cool and clever way to pay tribute to those we lost this year! 

It's always sad when a celebrity passes on, especially if it's one whose work has effected you or helped you in some way.  For many the passing of Carrie Fisher was a huge hit to Star Wars fans and people who grew up watching those movies.  It's like a weird end to an era.  One local bakery is paying tribute in the coolest way possible.

Sweet Betty's Bakery located on Virginia St. in Evansville will be selling tribute cupcakes today and tomorrow (and OMG if you haven't had a Sweet Betty cupcake, I highly recommend, they're delicious!!)

They made this post on their facebook showing the cupcakes and they are so cool! So much talent and heart went into these, judging from the looks of it there's a cupcake honoring former senator and astronaut John Glenn, of course a Carrie Fisher Princess Leia cupcake, Prince Cupcake, David Bowie cupcake, George Michael Cupcake, Muhammed Ali cupcake, that's what I got from the photo at least.

What a cool way to pay tribute to some of the greats we lost this year.
