EPD Arrest Woman Who Left Her 3 Kids In A Locked Room Without Food Or Water

The Evansville Police Department made arrested a woman today after a serious neglect case that involved her 3 children under the age of 3. It's mind blowing that someone would do this to their children. The EPD released a statement regarding the woman's arrest and what they found in the home.
