The Vanderburgh Humane Society (VHS) in Evansville has pets of all shapes and sizes. Or, as Executive Director, Kendall Paul likes to say when she stops by the studio on Thursdays, "all makes and models, and all certified pre-owned." They also have them in all ages, from puppies and kittens that are weeks old to dogs and cats who have been around awhile. So there is an excellent likelihood that the VHS will have a pet that fits your lifestyle! Each week we feature a pet of the week with the VHS, in hopes of helping them find their forever homes.  This week our Pet of the Week is a fluffy, sweet Aussie Mix named Ellie!

Meet Ellie

Ellie loves to play, she's a young girl, only about 2.5 years old, and she is looking for her forever home.  Here is what the VHS has to say about this sweet girl:

Meet 2½ year old Ellie–a gorgeous australian shepherd mix who is waiting for a home at the VHS! As a recent transfer in from Webster County Animal Control, not much is known about Ellie’s past. What we do know is that this fluffy lady is super smart and super sweet. She really just wants a pal to go on adventures with and would likely thrive with an active individual or home.
