Electronics Recycling Day in Vanderburgh County This April
If you have some unwanted electronic devices that you have been meaning to get rid of, your chance to do it will be happening soon.
Chances are, you have some things lying around the house, or in the garage that either don't work or you simply don't use anymore. I'm talking about a broken DVD player or TV that you can't just throw out in the dumpster. Well, if you are ready to make some more room in your home/garage, and you live in Vanderburgh County, your chance to get rid of those old and unwanted electronics is coming up in April.
Vanderburgh County Electronics Recycling Day
The Vanderburgh County Solid Waste Management District has announced that the spring Electronics Recycling Day will be happening on Saturday, April 13th from 8 a.m. through 12 p.m. This event will NOT be held in the Civic Center parking lot as in years past. The new location will be conducted in the parking lot at C&I Electronics (NW corner of Hwy 41 N & Inglefield Rd, near the intersection just south of North High School).
Now, it's important to note that not all of your unwanted electronics can be recycled at this event. There are lists of items that are and are not accepted. Here's what you need to know:
