Following the company's success on the show, Cousins Maine Lobster gained even more steam with more food trucks and restaurant locations all throughout the United States. Cousins Maine serves up a variety of fresh lobster rolls, chowder, bisque, and several other unique lobster items.

The wait is almost over for folks here in the Evansville area to get their hands on some lobster rolls from Cousins Maine. According to Cousins Maine Lobster's Facebook, the popular food truck will be making a trip this week to our neck of the woods. Here's where and when the food truck will be:
- Wednesday, April 1st- Lowe's Home Improvement in Henderson, Kentucky, 11 am-7 pm.
- Thursday, April 2nd- Myriad Brewing Co.Taproom in Newburgh, Indiana, 12 pm-8 pm.
- Friday, April 3rd- Villa Point Tractor Supply Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky, 11 am-7 pm.
- Saturday, April 4th- Damsel Brew Pub in Evansville, Indiana, 11 am-7 pm.
