Chris Young was dining at a Chili's recently and he enjoyed his service so much that he surprised his severer with a HUGE tip!

A $200 tip to someone who never would have expected it, shows his true character. He wrote a note on the check that read "Bills suck, your service was great. Enjoy the tip."
