Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher Get Lost in a Corn Maze During Family Outing
Carrie Underwood, husband Mike Fisher and their 2-year-old son got lost in a corn maze this week — maybe Mike didn't want to ask for directions?
Thankfully, they made it out unscathed, and Underwood was able to share the experience of the family's visit to Lucky Ladd Farms in Eagleville, Tenn., on Instagram. Apparently she and Fisher couldn't quite figure out how to get out of the corn maze, so they cheated.
"Got lost in a sweet corn maze today at #luckyladdfarms. Fortunately, @mfisher1212 had a map and saved us (or, we cheated and cut through the corn to get to the parking lot)," she writes in the caption next to a photo of her with a puzzled look on her face as Fisher tries to figure out the map in the background.

But the day wasn't a total bust, seeing as the couple not only grabbed some pumpkins for their porch to help get into fall mode, but also got to see some adorable animals at the farm's petting zoo. Underwood delivered the goods with a cute picture of Fisher standing over their son, Isaiah, as he pets a sheep.
The country superstar is gearing up to host the 2017 CMA Awards soon with friend and fellow longtime host Brad Paisley. The show airs live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 8. She's also expanded her gig with Sunday Night Football, penning a new song titled "The Champion" that will be played leading up to the Super Bowl in 2018.
“My husband loved it. He would listen to it before playoff games,” Underwood says of the song, adding he wanted to play it for his teammates, but wasn't allowed. "But that was a good indicator that we were on the right track."
