The Boot News Roundup: Brooks & Dunn Booked for ‘Crossroads’ + More

This summer, CMT's collaboration show Crossroads has a big episode planned. On June 4, Brooks & Dunn will tape an hour-long special in downtown Nashville alongside Luke Combs, Jon Pardi, Brett Young, Cody Johnson, Midland and Lanco's Brandon Lancaster. The live taping is open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis, at the corner of 5th Avenue and Broadway, starting at 8:30PM. CMT Crossroads: Brooks & Dunn and Friends will air on June 28 at 10PM ET on CMT.
During CMA Fest 2019, Blake Shelton's Ole Red restaurant and bar will host more than 50 performances from some of country music's biggest artists. Shelton's Lower Broadway establishment will be home to the Spotify House, which will host daily performances from artists including Lil Nas X, Cody Johnson, Carly Pearce, Cassadee Pope, Brantley Gilbert, Midland and many more. The Spotify House at Ole Red will be open June 6-9, with daytime performances running 11:30AM-7PM and late-night jam sessions scheduled 7:30PM-2AM. Congratulations are in order for singer and actress Laura Bell Bundy, who gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on Monday (May 20)! Bundy announced on Instagram that her son, Huck Hinkle, was born at 3:15PM PT, weighing 7 pounds and clocking in at 21 inches long; he is Bundy's first child with her husband, television executive Thom Hinkle. The couple has been married since 2017.
