Breakfast with Santa – A Cherished Tradition Returns to Owensboro, Kentucky!

The 7th Annual Breakfast with Santa is back and better than ever! Join us for a heartwarming morning filled with festive fun, delicious breakfast treats, and plenty of holiday magic. This beloved tradition is the perfect way to kick off the season with family and friends. In addition to meeting Santa and snapping photos with the jolly man, there are added exciting new surprises that will make this year’s event even more special. It’s a morning you won’t want to miss—gather your loved ones, and create memories that will last a lifetime!

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA

Join us on Saturday, December 21st, 2024, at the Owensboro Convention Center for a festive morning filled with holiday cheer! Bring the whole family to enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring fluffy pancakes, savory sausage, and your choice of orange juice or coffee. Don’t forget to snap a photo with Santa, share your Christmas wishes, and create lasting memories. Children can write letters to Santa and enjoy fun Christmas coloring pages with crayons. The breakfast will be held from 7:30 AM to 10 AM. The event is proudly sponsored by German American Bank and The Country Station 92.5 WBKR. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season!

Don’t miss out on this festive holiday tradition! Tickets for the 7th Annual Breakfast with Santa are $12 in advance or $14 at the door. Children 2 and under are admitted free. A family 4-pack of tickets is also available for $40 ($10 per ticket) in advance. Tickets are on sale now at OwensboroTickets.com and the Owensboro Convention Center Box Office.

Thanks to the generosity of the community, over 2,000 families received Christmas last year, and over 8,000 children had presents under the tree. More than 50,000 gifts were distributed to bring holiday joy to families across the region. CHRISTMAS WISH VOLUNTEERS

Christmas Wish relies on a dedicated core group of volunteers who have passionately supported the mission for 40+ years. US Bank has been a vital partner, allowing employees to volunteer their time during the holiday season. Over the years, many businesses have embraced “Giving Programs,” contributing to the success of our efforts. It’s important to note that without the commitment of volunteers, Christmas Wish wouldn’t be possible.

Your contributions to Christmas Wish are vital, as the program operates on an annual budget of just $500 to $800. Every individual involved volunteers their time, and we’re fortunate to have our space, signage, and other essentials generously donated. Local restaurants even provide meals for our volunteers throughout the season!

When you donate, you’re directly helping children in need, ensuring they receive the joy and warmth of the holiday spirit. Your support makes a meaningful impact in our community, bringing smiles to those who need it most. Together, we can create a brighter Christmas for all!

Over 8,000 children woke up to presents under the tree, and we handed out more than 50,000 gifts during the holiday season.
