Best Country Covers Of Journey And Pat Benatar

Thursday night, 80's super group, Journey along with Pat Benatar are headed to the Ford Center in concert.  It seems a lot of today's country fans that grew up in the 80's, listened to those artists before turning to country, and it's fair to say, some country artists did the same.  Check out some awesome covers of country artists taking on Journey and Pat Benatar.

Maybe he'll do this cover when he comes to town...I hope so.  It's Luke Bryan with Journey's 'Faithfully'

Rascal Flatts has been known to perform this mashup in concert.  It includes 'He Ain't The Leaving Kind' along with Journey's 'Don't Stop Believing.'  Here they perform it at the Grand Ole Opry saluting the US Marines.

And this may be one of the best covers I've ever heard, with Collin Raye's late 90's release of Journey's 'Open Arms.'

I look forward to seeing lots of big hair and lots of converted country fans going back to their roots Thursday at the Ford Center.
