The Vanderburgh County Fair has announced exactly who will be playing at the fair in 2025.

The Vanderburgh County Fair has brought in some of the biggest names in country music to perform at the fair. Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Dierks Bently, Chris Young, Eric Church, Morgan Wallen, Granger Smith, Joe Diffe, and Parmalee are all artists who have graced the stage at the fair in years past. Who will be performing at the 104th Vanderburgh County Fair? Two men who are no strangers to the Evansville area will be making their way back to town for the concert in 2025.

2025 Vanderburgh County Fair Concert Announcement

For the first time since 1989, a solo female act is headlining the Vanderburgh County Fair. Mark your calendar for Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025 as country music artist, Ashley Cooke will be taking the stage at the grandstand.

Ashley Cooke really broke onto the scene earlier this year with her first number-one hit single, "Your Place." Early in her career, Cook has already had quite a few accomplishments that include Ryman and Grand Ole Opry debuts, national TV appearances on ABC's The Bachelorette and NBC's TODAY, tours with Luke Bryan, Jordan Davis, Cole Swindell, Brett Young, and more. Plus, she went on to win her first CMT Award for Breakthrough Female Video of the Year at the 2024 CMT Awards before being nominated for ACM New Female Artist of the Year.

Ashley Cooke joins a short list of female artists to take the stage at the Vanderburgh County Fair. Previous female artists include:

  • 2015- Thompson Square (the husband/wife duo  Keifer and Shawna Thompson)
  • 1989- Tanya Tucker
  • 1988- Kathy Mattea
  • 1985- Kathy Mattea on Wednesday night & Sylvia & Gary Morris on Saturday night
  • 1984- Helen Corneliu
  • 1983- Terri Gibbs
  • 1981- Ava Barber

The 104th Vanderburgh County Fair runs from Monday, July 21 - Saturday, July 26, 2025. As always, you can expect a week full of entertainment, delicious food, games, and rides.
