A Frrrreezing Night = Roasting (Mini) Marshmallows

Freezing nights like this calls for sitting by our fireplace and enjoying all the warmth we get from it.  It also puts me in the mood for roasting some marshmallows! I searched my cupboards for the regular size marshmallows, but I guess I had eaten all of them! Hmm...or did my husband eat the rest of the bag?  At any rate, I found a bag of mini marshmallows and decided to try roasting some with one of our BBQ tools. Six mini marshmallows = about the size of a regular one.  Haha. It worked!
