Social media has taken over society as we know it and has given us an entirely new way to communicate. Posters to social media sites should do so in a responsible manner mainly because you just never know who is reading. You could inadvertently get yourself into trouble at home, at work or in the classroom. This video features a group of teachers from Los Alamitos High School in California who read student tweets about themselves. The video is funny, but hopefully, the point is well taken.

This was actually put together by the teachers at the school as part of an awareness project that actually aired on the school's on-campus newscast. While it is mostly good natured, can certainly see how this could be equally negative and hurtful to the targets of the tweets. Do you think this could make homeroom a tad awkward?
