Over the weekend, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson posted a special video message for a woman in Garrett, Indiana.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is one of the most famous people in the world. Ever since I was a kid, watching wrestling, he has been my idol. Anyone who knows me will tell you all about how much I love The Rock. His story, if you haven't heard it before is nothing short of inspiring. He came out of college with seven bucks in his pocket and over the years, his drive, passion, and determination has turned that seven bucks into millions of dollars. Aside from that, he just seems like a great guy and in my opinion, one of the most entertaining people in the ring and on the big screen. I could go on and on about my love and respect for Dwayne, but this isn't about me. This is about one Indiana woman who received the surprise of a lifetime over the weekend.

Dwayne Johnson receives countless requests worldwide for messages of hope, encouragement, people doing big things, and for several other reasons. He and his team sort through those messages, and he will send special private video messages to those people. However, over the weekend, one woman's story really touched Dwayne, and he decided that rather than sending the video message privately, he wanted to share it with the world.

Indiana Woman Receives Video Message from Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

On Sunday, The Rock posted a video on Instagram. It was a message that he felt compelled to share with everyone on Instagram. The video was for Mallory Clifford, who is the track coach and guidance counselor at Garrett High School, here in Indiana. While he did not disclose her story, it must have really hit home with him. In the video, he said this to Mallory:

"Thank you for being such a big fan of mine. And I am now, after hearing and understanding all the stuff that you and your family have had to endure these past couple of years, Mallory, you are a strong woman and you inspire and strengthen everyone around you, now including me...I am now your biggest fan."

I don't know Mallory at all. However, if her story touched The Rock so much that it was heavy on his heart to share this with everyone, she must be every bit of strong and inspiring as he said. Mallory, I hope that this video from him really helped to make everything you and your family have been through mean something. Not only that, but I am super jealous that he took the time out of his day to send something your way!

It's little things like this that make me even more of a fan of Dwayne than I already am.
