The Keg is the New Trend Offered at Some Workplaces

After reading an article about Eli Lilly and Company offering alcohol on their campus as a morale booster after having a previous zero-tolerance alcohol policy on site, I was like, what?  On the campus at Eli Lilly in Indianapolis in building 28 is a place called “Reveli” which offers lunch, dinner, and drinks.  Bar service is from the hours of 4pm – 6:30pm. The company felt this was a great idea for their employees to gather especially if any conversations were work related topics. Sounds to me like some great "Cold Beer Conversations!"

So, would you be in favor of or against having a place to unwind for a “drink” after hours at your workplace if they so offered it to their employees?
