The Best Teacher In The Tri-State 2017

After a week of nominations and voting, we have finally found The Best Teacher In The Tri-State 2017!

We wanted to celebrate those who have impacted the lives of many in the Tri-State by guiding, educating, and molding us into the people we have become today. What better way to say "thank you" to your favorite teacher than by nominating them as the Best Teacher in the Tri-State?! You did just that, and after the results came in, we determined our winner.

Alicia Schmidt, the Agriculture teacher at Mt. Vernon Jr./Sr. High School was voted as The Best Teacher In The Tri-State. As promised, we walked right into the school, with the help of Principal Russell, and surprised her with a very special gift in front of her students.
