Alan Jackson’s Song About Hotter Than A Hoochie Coochie: What Is He Talking About?

Every time I hear Alan Jackson's song "Chattahoochee" and  he says the Chattahoochee is hotter than a hoochie coochie, I can't help but laugh.

Although, that wasn't the case at the song's debut, when I was three years old. At that age, anything hotter than my "milky", was foreign.
